Tervetuloa ainutlaatuiselle tantraretriitille – intohimon, läsnäolon ja totuuden tielle.
Tämä viikonloppu on kutsu syvään olemiseen – aistillisuuteen, yhteyteen ja siihen, kuka todella olet. Retriitillä sukellamme ihmisyyden intiimiin ytimeen: nautinnon kerrokselliseen maailmaan, sen voimaan ja varjoihin sekä mahdollisuuteen yhdistää rakkaus, seksuaalisuus ja henkisyys yhdeksi eheäksi, virtaavaksi elämänenergiaksi.

Retriitin ohjaa ranskalainen tantraopettaja Vasanti, joka tuo mukanaan vuosikymmenten kokemuksen tantrasta, kehollisesta psykoterapiasta ja syvästä ihmistuntemuksesta. Tämä on Vasantin ainoa retriitti Suomessa vuonna 2025 – ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus kokea hänen ohjauksensa voimassa, pehmeydessä ja kirkkaudessa.

Retriitti on avoin sekä yksin tuleville että pareille – aiempaa kokemusta tantrasta ei tarvita. Tarvitset vain halun tutkia itseäsi rehellisesti ja rakkaudellisesti sekä rohkeutta astua lähemmäs omaa elämänvoimaasi.

Viikonlopun aikana tutkimme:
– Miten suhde itseemme ja toiseen alkaa – ja kuinka yhteys voi syventyä
– Parisuhteen roolia peilinä haavoittuvuudelle, kaipuulle ja sisäiselle kasvulle
– Seksuaalisuuden ja yhteyden välistä kuilua – ja siltoja niiden yhdistämiseksi
– Oman totuuden ja tarpeiden ilmaisua rehellisesti ja turvallisesti
– Kehollista läsnäoloa, elinvoiman virtausta ja pyhän seksuaalisuuden kokemista
– Spontaaniutta, nautintoa ja vapautta olla oma itsensä
– Seksuaalienergian käyttöä parantavana ja tietoisuutta laajentavana voimana
– Henkisyyden juurruttamista arkeen – elämän keskelle

Retriitin menetelmiä: Työskentelemme monipuolisesti: tantriset harjoitukset, hengitys, liike, kosketus, rituaalit, kehollinen läsnäolo ja meditaatio auttavat sinua palaamaan kehosi viisauteen. Luomme pyhän ja turvallisen tilan, jossa voit kohdata itsesi aidosti, tulla nähdyksi ja kohdatuksi juuri sellaisena kuin olet – ilman suorittamista tai odotuksia. Vasanti ohjaa prosessia selkeästi ja myötätuntoisesti. Kaikki harjoitukset tapahtuvat turvallisessa ja kunnioittavassa ilmapiirissä, omia rajoja ja tarpeita kuunnellen.

Ohjaaja Vasanti
Vasanti on ranskalainen, kansainvälisesti arvostettu tantraopettaja, kolmen lapsen äiti ja pitkän linjan kehoterapeutti. Hänellä on yli 20 vuoden kokemus ryhmien ohjaamisesta eri puolilla Eurooppaa. Hänen työnsä pohjautuu Wilhelm Reichin alkuperäiseen kehoterapiaan, hahmoterapian hahmoanalyysiin (Vegetotherapy) sekä sertifioituun Sexual Grounding Therapy -menetelmään, joka tutkii seksuaalisuutta parisuhteen kontekstissa.

Vasanti on työskennellyt pitkään myös Margot Anandin kanssa “Ecstasy and Love” -koulutusten fasilitaattorina (vuoteen 2014 saakka) ja ohjaa työpajoja Ranskan lisäksi mm. Virossa, Suomessa ja Ibiza Tantra Festivalilla.

Hänellä on ainutlaatuinen kyky yhdistää tantran pyhyys terapeuttiseen tarkkuuteen ja keholliseen juurtuneisuuteen. Hänen opetuksessaan yhdistyvät psyykkinen, fyysinen ja hengellinen todellisuus tavalla, joka tukee syvää muutosta ja eheämpiä ihmissuhteita. Erityisen kiinnostunut hän on sukupolvien välisestä työstä, josta syntyi myös nuorille aikuisille suunnattu Impulse Festival (Ranska, 2019).

Vasantin ohjauksessa yhdistyvät maadoittuneisuus, suoruus ja lempeys. Hän luo tilan, jossa voit kohdata itsesi turvallisesti ja syvästi.

Welcome to a unique tantric retreat – a journey into passion, presence, and truth.
This weekend is an invitation to deep being – to sensuality, connection, and the essence of who you truly are. During the retreat, we will dive into the intimate core of our humanity: into the layered world of pleasure, its power and shadows, and the possibility of uniting love, sexuality, and spirituality into one flowing, integrated life force.

The retreat is led by French tantra teacher Vasanti, who brings decades of experience in tantra, somatic psychotherapy, and a deep understanding of the human psyche. This will be Vasanti’s only retreat in Finland in 2025 – a unique opportunity to experience her guidance in all its strength, softness, and clarity.

The retreat is open to individuals and couples – no previous experience in tantra is required. All you need is the willingness to explore yourself with honesty and love and the courage to step closer to your vital life force.

During the weekend, we will explore:
– How relationships with ourselves and others begin – and how true connection can deepen
– The role of intimate relationships as mirrors for vulnerability, longing and growth
– The gap between sexuality and emotional connection – and the bridges between them
– How to express your truth and needs honestly and safely
– Embodied presence, the flow of vitality and the experience of sacred sexuality
– Spontaneity, pleasure and the freedom to be your true self
– Sexual energy as a healing and consciousness-expanding force
– Integrating spirituality into everyday life – bringing it into the heart of living

Practices & Approach:
We will work through a variety of methods: tantric practices, breathwork, movement, touch, rituals, embodiment, and meditation – all designed to bring you home to your body’s wisdom. We create a sacred and safe space where you can meet yourself authentically and be seen just as you are – without pressure, expectations, or performance. Vasanti guides the process with clarity and compassion. All exercises take place in a respectful and held atmosphere, with full attention to your boundaries and personal needs.

About the facilitator Vasanti:
Vasanti is a French internationally respected tantra teacher, mother of three, and an experienced body-oriented therapist. She has been guiding groups across Europe for over 20 years. Her work is deeply rooted in Wilhelm Reich’s original body therapy, character analysis (Vegetotherapy) and certified Sexual Grounding Therapy – a method that explore sexuality in the context of the relation.

Vasanti also worked closely with Margot Anand as a facilitator for the “Ecstasy and Love” trainings until 2014. In addition to France, she leads workshops in Estonia, Finland and at the Ibiza Tantra Festival.

She has a unique ability to combine the sacred essence of tantra with therapeutic precision and deep somatic grounding. Her teachings bridge the psychological, physical, and spiritual realms in a way that supports profound transformation and more authentic relationships.

She is especially passionate about intergenerational work, which led to the creation of the Impulse Festival in France in 2019 – the first international tantra festival for the new generation.

Vasanti’s presence is grounding, gentle, and direct. She holds a space where you can safely meet your vulnerability and step into deeper connection with yourself and others.

The workshop is held in English (with partial translation into Finnish if needed). You don’t need to speak fluent English, but basic understanding of instructions is helpful.
