Nyt retriitin teemana on valta ja voima. Mitä tapahtuu\, kun pysähdymme kuuntelemaan vallan ja antautumisen tilaa\, ei vain kehon vaan myös mielen ja sielun tasolla? Tervetuloa viikonloppuun\, jossa voit tutkia vallan ja antautumisen monimuotoisuutta\, aistillisuutta ja ihmissuhteiden dynamiikkaa turvallisesti ja tietoisesti ohjatussa tilassa. \nOn Power retriitti on kutsu uteliaisuuteen\, leikkiin ja syvälliseen kohtaamiseen. Se on mahdollisuus avata itsessään piilossa olevia puolia\, tutkia vetovoimaa\, ilmaista sisäistä voimaa ja antautua sille\, mitä syntyy aidosta läsnäolosta. Työpajassa Andy Buru johdattaa osallistujat tutkimusmatkalle kohti sisäistä halua\, vetovoimaa ja henkilökohtaista ilmaisua. Viikonloppu rakentuu tilaan\, jossa voi turvallisesti ja tietoisesti tarkastella valintojen\, luottamuksen ja antautumisen välistä herkkyyttä. Työskentely yhdistää kehollisia harjoitteita\, rituaalin rakenteita ja leikillistä kohtaamista – tarjoten mahdollisuuden olla aidosti läsnä itselle ja toisille. \nViikonlopun aikana sukellamme syvälle vallanvaihdon dynamiikkaan\, tunteisiin ja haavoittuvuuksiin. Tutkimme dominoinnin ja antautumisen rooleja sekä niiden välisiä polariteetteja\, joiden kautta voi syntyä taianomaista yhteyttä. Työpajan rakenne koostuu ohjatuista harjoituksista\, rituaalisista elementeistä ja yhteisistä kohtaamisista. Lauantai-illan ohjelmassa toteutetaan erityinen antautumisrituaali. \nKokemuksellinen matka avaa kerroksia\, jotka arjessa jäävät helposti piiloon. Roolien\, sanattoman vuorovaikutuksen ja yhteisten hetkien kautta syntyy tila\, jossa voi tutkia itseään uudesta näkökulmasta. On kyse muuntumisesta\, ei esittämisestä – sallivasta prosessista\, jossa jokaisen kokemus saa olla totta sellaisenaan. \nRetriitissä liikumme pois mustavalkoisista mielikuvista kaukaisesta\, kovasta dominoinnista ja ujosta antautujasta. Tarkastelemme syvemmin molempien roolien herkkyyttä ja voimaa. Dominoijalle työskentely on tasapainoa tilan pitämisen ja oman halun rohkean näyttämisen välillä. Antautujalle keskeinen teema on luottamuksen hyppy\, kontrollista irti päästäminen ja sen kokeminen\, millaista on tulla kannatelluksi. Samalla antautuminen edellyttää selkeitä rajoja ja kykyä pitää niistä kiinni. Tässä on paradoksi\, pehmentyä ja päästää irti\, mutta pysyä samalla syvästi juurtuneena omaan totuuteensa\, rajoihinsa ja autonomiaan. \nRetriitin aikana tutkimme vallan ja antautumisen energioita\, turvan rakentamista ja yhteyttä itseen ja toisiin. Useimmat harjoitukset tehdään ryhmässä tai pienemmissä kokoonpanoissa\, ja osallistujia kannustetaan liikkumaan erilaisten roolien ja parien välillä. Parina osallistuvat voivat halutessaan työskennellä myös keskenään\, mutta mukaan mahtuu paljon laajempaa vuorovaikutusta. \nRetriitti on suunniteltu ensisijaisesti heille\, joilla on jo jonkin verran aiempaa kokemusta vastaavista harjoituksista ja prosesseista. Silti tärkeintä ei ole kokemus vaan valmius olla avoin\, utelias ja tutkimassa oman kehollisuuden ja seksuaalisuuden teemoja. Tervetulleita ovat kaikki\, jotka kokevat tämän kutsuksi.  \nKaikki harjoitukset ovat vapaaehtoisia ja omaa tilaa kunnioittavia. Jotkut harjoitukset voivat olla yksilöllisessä kokemuksessa intensiivisiä ja rohkeita sekä kutsua mukavuusalueelta suotuisaan riskien ottamiseen. Työpaja on ”nudity-optional”\, mikä tarkoittaa alastomuuden sallimista osallistujien omasta aloitteesta käsin. Voit säädellä osallistumistasi vapaasti tahtosi mukaan. Viikonlopun aikana on mahdollisuus tutkia omaa seksuaalisuutta ja kehollista ilmaisua tavalla\, joka on samalla turvallinen\, sensitiivinen ja voimaannuttava. \nUseimmat harjoitukset tehdään ryhmässä tai pienemmissä kokoonpanoissa – ei pelkästään pareittain. Jos osallistut parina\, on hyvä tietää\, että teitä kannustetaan työskentelemään myös muiden kanssa. Throughout the weekend you will be able to explore the sensitivity between power\, choice\, trust and surrender through embodied practices\, ritual structures and playful encounters. This creates a space where you can be truly present with yourself and others. \nDuring the weekend we dive into the dynamics\, emotions and vulnerabilities of power exchange. We explore the roles of domination and surrender and the polarities between them through which moments of deep connection can emerge. The structure of the workshop consists of guided exercises\, ritual elements and shared encounters. Saturday evening includes a dedicated surrender ritual. \nThis experiential journey opens layers that often remain hidden in everyday life. Through roles\, non-verbal communication and shared moments\, a space arises where you can see yourself from a new angle. It is a process of transformation rather than performance – a spacious unfolding where every experience is welcome as it is. \nThroughout the retreat we move beyond the black-and-white images of the distant\, hard dominator and the shy\, quiet submissive. We look more closely at the sensitivity and strength within both roles. For the dominant\, the work lies in balancing holding space with the courage to reveal one’s desire. For the submissive\, the central theme is a leap of trust – letting go of control and experiencing what it is like to be held. At the same time\, surrender requires clear boundaries and the ability to maintain them. This is the paradox: softening and releasing while staying rooted in one’s own truth\, limits and autonomy. \nDuring the retreat we explore the energies of power and surrender\, the building of safety and the felt sense of connection with oneself and others. Most exercises take place in groups or small constellations\, and participants are encouraged to move between different roles and partners. Couples may work together if they wish\, while also having the option to explore more widely. \nThe retreat is intended primarily for those who already have some experience with similar practices and processes. Still\, experience is not the most important element – what matters is openness\, curiosity and a willingness to explore themes of embodiment and sexuality. Anyone who feels called to this work is welcome. \nAll exercises are voluntary and your boundaries are always respected. Some practices may feel intense or courageous depending on personal experience\, and may gently invite you to step beyond your comfort zone. The workshop is “nudity-optional\,” meaning nudity is welcome when it arises naturally\, but never required. You may always regulate your level of participation. The weekend offers a chance to explore sexuality and embodied expression in a way that is safe\, sensitive and empowering. \nMost exercises will be done in group or small group settings – not only in pairs. If you participate as a couple\, it is good to know that you will often be encouraged to also work with others. DESCRIPTION:Helmikuun tantraillassa herkistämme kehomme tantriselle taajuudelle ja läsnäolon riemulle. Siirretään hetkeksi mieli syrjään ja vapaudutaan kehollisuuteen läsnäolon ja aistillisuuden avulla. Tervetuloa kohtaamaan energioitamme yhdistäen! Niin kuin elämä\, myös tantra on täynnä yllätyksiä. Jokainen tantrailtamme on erilainen sisältäen erilaisia harjoituksia.\n\nVoit tulla yksin tai kaksin pariskuntana. Aiempaa kokemusta ei tarvita\, joten ensikertalaisenkin on helppo tulla mukaan. Tantrassa on tärkeää\, että sinä voit itsenäisesti tutustua ja päättää\, minkä koet mielekkääksi harjoituksissa kullakin hetkellä. Jokainen osallistuja ottaa vastuun itsestään\, kunnioittaen omia ja toisten rajoja ja toiveita. Harjoituksissa tehdään kehollisia harjoituksia – yksin ja yhdessä. You can come by yourself or together with someone as a couple. No previous experience is needed\, so first-comers can also join easily.\n\nIn tantra\, it is important that you can independently explore and decide what you feel meaningful at each moment. Each participant takes responsibility for oneself\, respecting both one’s and others’ limits and wishes. The exercises include physical exercises – both alone and together with others. The exercises are relaxed and do not require skills. There is no nudity in the event.\n\nThe price for the event is 39€. We recommend to purchase your ticket well in advance\, places are limited.
